Due to digital production costs, some concerts broadcast on Québec Baroque will be chargeable. Prices will vary depending on the concert. Individual concert prices will be specified on each individual event page.

Select your desired concert and then click on ‘Purchase a ticket’. The concert will be added to your shopping cart. Make sure that the concerts you are about to purchase are the right ones before proceeding to the payment!

The system will ask you to register your information. Once the payment is finalized, the system will automatically create an account for you but only at the time of your first purchase.

Once your payment is finalized, you will receive two emails. An email with your password (please save this email) and an email with your purchase summary.

All concerts for which you have purchased a ticket will automatically appear in your account in the "My Concerts" section.

Yes, it works like a shopping cart. Select the concerts you’d like to purchase a ticket for, and put them in your ‘basket’. You can then pay for your entire basket at once. Please note, however that all purchases are final, so please check you order before finalizing payment.

All concerts for which you purchase tickets are automatically added to your personal Québec Baroque account.

If you purchased a ticket for the live broadcast of a concert on Quebec Baroque, you will have access to rewatch the concert for a limited period. This period is specific to each individual concert and is listed on the event page. These concerts will be accessible from your personal account in the "My concerts" section, under "View my past concerts".

Yes, it is possible to buy a ticket even for concerts that are already live. Please note, however, that some concerts are only available on Québec Baroque for a certain length of time - 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc. - and others are only available for the live broadcast itself. Make sure to check this information closely on the concert page before proceeding with payment. All the concerts which have already been broadcast are in the Past Concerts section of the website.

If you want to purchase a ticket for someone else, you must, first of all, make sure you are not logged in to your own Québec Baroque account if you have one (check if your first name appears at the top right of the site pages).
If this is the case, please log out.

Then proceed like a regular ticket purchase. When entering the information under 'Billing Details' you will simply need to enter the email address of that person. This way, the system will create a Quebec Baroque account for him/her. He/She will receive an email with a password allowing him/her to access his/her account in order to see the concert.

Please note, however, that he/she will also receive the purchase confirmation email.

Yes, all live concerts will start at the time specified on the event page

There is no need to be at your screen ahead of time, 5 minutes before the start of the concert is sufficient. However, we do recommend that you allow yourself a little time to settle in and get in the mood, as if you were in a real concert hall!

You can watch concerts on PC, Mac, on your TV (by connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable), tablet or smartphone computers. Before the concert, make sure you have the most recent version of your internet browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, etc).

You can easily watch the concerts on your TV by connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable. Make sure you've selected the right HDMI input on your TV. Open a browser window on your device (PC, MAC, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and go to the Québec Baroque website. Purchase a concert and then create your account, or log in to your account if you have already purchased a ticket for the concert. Select the concert you wish to watch in the "My Concerts" section.

At the moment, it is not possible to cast Chromecast or Apple TV directly from the video player itself. However, it is possible to cast them from your computer screen or tablet.

For Chromecast, open a browser tab and click on the three vertical dots (to the right of the search bar). Then click on 'Cast'.

On an Apple device, you can use the 'Airplay' option at the top of the screen to stream to AppleTV.

You can also connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable.

No, your account is personal and cannot be accessed on two different devices simultaneously.

Each ticket purchased is associated with your personal account. It is therefore unique and cannot be used on several devices at the same time.
If you want to watch the concert on more than one device at the same time, you will need to create another account, and then purchase another ticket.

If you want to watch the concert together with members of your household, however, you only need to purchase one ticket.

Yes, concerts broadcast on Quebec Baroque are accessible anywhere in the world.

Unlike in a physical concert hall, there is no limit for the number of tickets available for a concert on Quebec Baroque.

All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the case of a concert cancellation. Please check your concert selection closely before confirming your order!

Log in to your account using your username and password that you received by email after your first purchased. Then go to the "My Profile" section to change your password.

Click on the "FOYER" button (top right of the page) and then on "Lost Password" to reset your password.

Check that the sound buttons on the video player are at maximum and that the sound of your device is activated in your settings.

Click on the large screen symbol on the player of the video or double-click on the video.
